Marmara Tuz, its deep-rooted history and strong position in the industry, stands among Turkey’s leading salt manufacturers. The foundations of our company were laid in 1974 in the Serdivan district of Sakarya, as a small-scale sole proprietorship established with the strategy of producing close to the market.

Since our establishment, our primary goal has been to quickly adapt to changing market conditions, continuously improve our production processes, enhance our quality standards, and provide our customers with reliable service. Our commitment to closely following advances in production technology and directing our investments accordingly has been one of the key factors that positioned us as a pioneer in our sector.

In 1998, in line with our growing business volume and expansion goals, we institutionalized our company structure and continued our operations as a family-owned business under the name Özyıl Tuz İşletmeciliği Gıda Nakliyat Makina

As of today, our company carries out the production, supply, and distribution of a wide range of salt types used in various sectors, primarily in the food industry, as well as in health, industrial, and other manufacturing fields.
